Photography // Taslima Akhter
The photos below are taken from a collection entitled 'The Life and Struggle of Garment Workers' by Taslima Akhter, a Bangladeshi photographer and activist. She'd already been documenting working conditions in the Dhakar region when the Rana Plaza disaster occurred on 24th Aprl 2013.

...no blog post.
Whoops, blogging seems to have been forgotten about in the final few months of university! I finished nearly two months ago, and am already missing writing on a regular basis. More than that, endless days at home punctuated by the occasional work shift means I feel like I haven't flexed my mental muscles enough recently. So, I'll be posting more regularly in order to rectify that!
